Joseph Morris, CBC is no stranger to his role as CEO of The Agents Advisor. A 28 year veteran in B2B / B2C Sales, Marketing, Organizational Leadership and Strategic Planning with a successful demonstrated history within the insurance industry. His previous roles working in the IMO / FMO, Carrier and Independent Broker Channel brings strong professional skills and experience in Agent-Advisor Recruiting, Training and Business Development in the Employee Benefits, Medicare, Medicaid, Health Insurance, Life Insurance & Annuity markets. He leads the company’s vision, strategy and long-term growth in supporting independent insurance agents and advisors throughout the U.S. market.
Prior to taking the leadership role at The Agents Advisor, he spent 7 years as the National Marketing & Training Director at a National FMO. There he built a network of 7,800 independent agents & advisors in his downline network.
In addition to his experience, he has been a featured speaker at seminars and workshops across the nation and has created several selling strategies (The Win Win Senior Solution, Solving for IRMAA, The ACA Alternative and The NEW Medical Savings Plan) that have dramatically increased revenue for hundreds of agencies throughout the US . Plus, he has developed agency marketing campaigns and business development programs for his producing agents & advisors that are used on Social Media, Radio, Print Advertising and Television Commercials.
