Joseph Morris, CBC is no stranger to his role as the leader of The Agents Advisor. A 34 year veteran in B2B / B2C Sales, Marketing, Organizational Leadership and Strategic Planning. He brings a successful & challenging history of positive impact & success within the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
His professional roles as CEO/Executive Director of three non-profit organizations, National Recruiting & Training Director for one of the largest IMO / FMO firms in the US, Founder & President of five small businesses in various industries: Youth & High School Sports Recruiting & Marketing, Insurance & Financial Services, Employee Benefits & Compliance Administration, Industrial Maintenance and Contract Furniture sectors.
These roles bring strong professional skills and experience in Leadership, Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Marketing, Revenue Generation, Recruiting, Training, Coaching, Business Development & Retention in the for-profit & non-profit sectors. He leads the company’s vision, strategy and long-term growth in supporting Fractional Executive - Business Advisory services throughout the U.S.
Beyond business, he is also a Head Football Coach where he has been the leader in rebuilding an educational-based athletic program that serves student-athletes in grades K-12 that participate in American Football. His coaching experience includes roles at the youth, high school and the college level. He has coached football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, and softball. Over the years, he has helped student-athletes get recruited by & receive athletic scholarships from college & university athletic teams in the US and UK, primarily in American football and women's lacrosse.
In his various professional roles, he has also served on numerous non-profit boards as a member of the board of directors and/or advisory council in the small business, healthcare, accounting, human resources, insurance & financial services, chamber of commerce, economic development, tourism, foundation, main street initiative, revolving loan, defense & technology, youth sports, booster club and high school coaches association & other organizations. These roles varied on the local, state, regional and national level.
In addition to his professional work experience, he has been a featured speaker at seminars & workshops across the nation and has created several selling strategies (The Win Win Senior Solution, Solving for IRMAA, The ACA Alternative, The Tax Benefits of Consumer Driven Health Plans, HIPAA Compliance & Beyond and The NEW Medical Savings Plan) that have dramatically increased revenue for hundreds of insurance agencies throughout the US . Plus, he has developed marketing campaigns and business development programs for his clients that are used on Social Media, Radio, Print Advertising and Television Commercials.
